ASSOCIATION MEETINGS

 The Association meets twice each year.  The annual meeting takes place during the first week of June and is held in a member seaport.  Recent meeting sites include Philadelphia, Boston, New York City, Richmond and Portland, ME.

The semi-annual meeting is held during the first week of December in Washington, D.C.  

 The agendas are formatted around presentations and discussions of interest to the seaports.  Members are notified of these meetings and a modest registration fee is charged.
